Archway Finance JSC operates in the digital asset sector and is currently registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in the register maintained by the National Revenue Agency (NRA) of the Republic of Bulgaria in accordance with the Bulgarian Measures Against Money Laundering Act. Archway Finance JSC is currently in the process of applying for authorisation as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA).

In accordance with the transitional provisions applicable in Bulgaria, VASPs registered under the existing AML framework may continue to provide their services during the transition period while their application for MiCA authorisation is being assessed.

Until such authorisation is granted, Archway Finance JSC does not hold a MiCA licence

Competent authority

The competent supervisory authority is the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Services provided

Archway Finance JSC provides the following crypto-asset services:

Exchange of crypto-assets for funds
Exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets

These services are provided using a principal trading model, where Archway Finance JSC acts as counterparty to client transactions using its own inventory of crypto-assets.

Archway Finance JSC does not provide custody services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
